Anita Wilma Fracasse, 77, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, July 3, 2016, at Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris, NY. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Lilly Stepanowitz and was born on Sept. 16, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated high school in 1959, receiving a Regent's Diploma from NYS Education Dept. She went in to the Marine Corps in 1957 and served her country until 1960 when she was honorably discharged. Anita worked as an executive secretary in Brooklyn and then went on to college to become a nurse's aide.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving sons, Anthony Fracasse of Liberty, NY and Ronald Fracasse and his wife Cynthia of Parksville, NY; her beloved grandchildren, Ashley and Michael Spoto of Woodbridge VA, Toni Fracasse of Liberty, NY, Michael Fracasse of Poughkeepsie, NY, Edgar Fracasse of Liberty, NY, Joseph Arias Sr, Taylor Fracasse and Ronald Fracasse Jr, all of Parksville, NY and several great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from Noon to 2 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Military Honors and funeral services with Rev. Kenneth Rodgers officiating will be held at Ramsay's Funeral Home at 2 PM.
