Antoinette "Toni" Oestrich, 93, of Monticello passed away on December 30, 2017. She will be dearly missed. She was born on September 9, 1924 to Merlin and Lottie Merrill Goetschius in Downsville.

Toni was a homemaker, loving and caring for her husband Irvin and her three children. She worked for a number of years for the county WIC program. She also served with the Bethel Volunteer Ambulance Corps and was a long-time active member of the Presbyterian church in Bethel. She is predeceased by her husband, Irvin Oestrich, brother John Goetschius, sister Mary "Georgie" Bowers, and a grandchild, James Knowles. She is survived by her son Lawrence and his wife Rosanne Briffa of Smallwood, her daughter Katherine Salk and her husband Gilbert of Hebron CT, her daughter Susan Knowles and her husband Bryan of South Africa. She is also survived by her brother Fred Goetschius and his wife June of Roscoe, sister-in-law Elizabeth "Betty" Goetschius of Roscoe, and nine grandchildren: Lottie, Ulysses, Hanna, Ida, Irvin, and Merlin Oestrich of Smallwood, and Seth, Zachary, and Joshua Knowles of South Africa, along with many other relatives, neighbors and friends.

Visitation will be held at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 3534 State Route 55 Kauneonga Lake, on January 20, 2018 from 11 to 1. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 at the funeral home.
