Bernard Kanner, of Pompton Plains, NJ, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Cedar Crest Nursing Home. He was 93.
He was the son of Max Kanner and Anna Hersch, born on March 17, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY.
Bernard proudly served our country in the US Army from 1944-1946 during World War II.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Ezrath Israel Temple, Ellenville, NY. Burial will follow with full military honors at Ezrath Israel Cemetery.
