She was 65. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen (Fleming) Powles, born on November 5, 1957 in Newburgh, NY. Betty is survived by her brother Donald Powles and his wife Connie; as well as her extended family and friends at Sullivan ARC. A visitation will be held from 12  to 1pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will be held at 1pm at the funeral home.
