Carl S. Hornbeck, of Grahamsville, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016 at home. He was 63.
The son of the late Burr Hornbeck and Florence Carlson, born on February 19, 1952 in Monticello, NY.
During his career Carl worked as a truck driver for TETZ. In his free time he was a Mason in the 1st degree, he enjoyed spending time with his family and relaxing at home.
Carl leaves behind his wife Denise at home; his daughter Kristie Smith and her significant other, Will Bruning of Pennsylvania, his sons Shaun Hornbeck and his wife, Samantha and Arron Hornbeck and his companion Britney; his step-daughters: Charlette and Melissa; his grandchildren: Austin and Kallie Smith and Meghan Hornbeck; his step-granddaughter: Madison; his siblings: Joan M. Hornbeck and her companion, Paul Nicholson, of Poughkeepsie and Ralph G. Hornbeck and his wife, Sharon, of Neversink; and his caregiver Linda Hewlett. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and step-mother, and his brother Kenneth Hornbeck.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 7-9pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788.
