Cecil Charles Hendrickson

Cochecton, NY

Cecil Charles Hendrickson, 78, a lifelong resident of Sullivan County, passed away on Monday June 30, 2014 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY. The son of the late Daniel and Erma (Hendrickson) Bassney, he was born on April 24, 1936 in Bethel, NY. He was predeceased by the love of his life, "Dolly" Shirley Marilyn Dauch Hendrickson.

He was a retired Auto Body Repair & Mechanic Shop Owner who taught many young men in the county the in's and out's of repairing autos.

Survivors include his children, Cindy Babcock and her husband Randy of Fosterdale, NY; Charles Hendrickson and his wife Denise of Cochecton, NY and Daniel Hendrickson and his wife Caroline of Jeffersonville, NY; grandchildren, Scott Hendrickson, Steve Duquette, Shane Duquette, Shelisa Duquette, Erik(Stacy) Hendrickson, Danielle (Dustin) Long, Colleen Hendrickson, Charlie Hendrickson Jr., Sheila Hendrickson, Jamie Hendrickson, Fred Morales, Cynthia Morales, Erick (Liza) Gonzales; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Conklin and her husband Fred of Swan Lake, NY, Rose Ann McCormick of Lenoir, NC; Gloria Mark of Rockford, TN and Sadie Wright of Ghent, NY and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held on Thursday July 3, 2014 at 11 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, Route 17B, Bethel, NY. Ginny Bossley will officiate the services.

Funeral arrangements are by Ramsay's Funeral Homes Inc. Kauneonga Lake, NY.
