Serrano-Gonzalez, of Hurleyville, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. He was 45. He was the son of the late Carlo Serrano-Gonzalez, Sr. and Mamie Belle Wood, born on October 22, 1975 in Liberty, NY. Charles worked as a contractor. In his free time he enjoyed being creative in many different ways either tattooing, drawing, cooking or baking. He enjoyed listening to 80's music and watching Sons of Anarchy.
