Visiting hours will be held on Thursday January 8, 2015 from 2-4 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 55 St. John St. Monticello, NY. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
Survivors include his wife of over 50 years, Sheau Chiu at home; a son, Jimmy Chiu of Monticello; a brother and two sisters in California and a brother in Taiwan.
