Clementine Waring Mitchell, a longtime area resident, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday September 11, 2012 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. She was 70.
She was the daughter of the late George and Lillie Mae Goggins Waring and was born on October 19, 1941 in Charlotte, SC. Clementine was a ward clerk at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY.
Survivors include sons, Othell Waring of Charlotte, SC and Marvin Roy Bedgood of Monticello, NY; stepson, Randy Williams of Durham, NC; daughters, Cynthia Jones and her husband David of Monticello, Vernecia Oroke and her husband Boss of Las Vegas, NV; a brother, John E. Booth of Monticello, NY; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a special nephew, Keith Parsons of Charlotte, SC; two special nieces, Shakee Goggins of Bronx, NY and Samantha Parsons of Charlotte, SC; a special uncle Francis J. Mack of Charlotte, SC and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three siblings.
Visitation will be on Tuesday September 18, 2012 from 10 AM to Noon at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 26 Liberty St. Monticello. Funeral services will take place at the church at Noon. Pastor Billwayne Jamel will officiate.
Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
