Clifford Thomas "Tom" Hultz of Woodbourne, NY passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home on September 2, 2026. He was 83 years old.

Tom had a 32 year long, career with the NYS Department of Corrections and retired in the rank of Sargeant. He loved all sports, but the NY Mets held a special place in his heart. He was kind, patient and easy going. Tom had a great laugh that could make anyone smile. He could be found daily in his recliner watching the news and reading the paper keeping up on current events.

He was a 49 year member of the Elks and enjoyed going to Fish Fry Fridays with his brother Larry. He loved and was so proud of his niece Andrea Franke and all of his grand kids, never missing events in their past and current lives. He truly loved his wife Jeannie and missed he so deeply after her passing in 2023.

Tom was well liked and many people thought very highly of him. All who met him instantly liked him. He truly was a wonderful role model and a heck of a guy. He will be sorely missed.

Tom was predeceased by His parents, Clifford W. and Leona (Tewell) Hultz, the love of his life and wife Eugenia (Morseman) Hultz, half-brother Donald Ury, sister-in-law Gloria (Donofrio) Hultz, and stepdaughter Kristine (Conti) Markarian.
