Craig Stephen Buchman, a lifelong area resident, passed away suddenly at his home in Rock Hill on Friday May 16, 2014. He was 49. The son of Stephen and Phyllis Hulse Buchman, he was born on February 19, 1965 in Monticello, NY. Craig had worked as a general foreman for NYS DOT.
He is survived by his parents, Stephen and Phyllis Buchman; his wife of 30 years, Kelly Morse Buchman; their wonderful daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Kristopher Gwiozdowski; their beautiful precious granddaughter, Ava ; sister, Carol and many aunts, uncles, cousins, several nieces and nephews, other family members and friends. He was predeceased by a sister, Susan Buchman.
Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday May 21, 2014 from 4-6 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 55 St. John St. Monticello, NY. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 6 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in honor of Ava Gwiozdowski to Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center, 100 Woods Rd., Valhalla, NY 10595.
