Dale Fiske Jr.

Dale L. Fiske Jr., affectionately known as “Scrappy,” passed away unexpectedly on September 4, 2025, at the age of 45.

Born on June 21, 1980, in Harris, NY, he was the beloved son of Laural Boyles and Dale Fiske Sr.

Scrappy worked for many years as a logger, a profession he truly loved. He enjoyed working outdoors and spent his free time scrapping, fishing, and hunting. Above all, he was a devoted father and treasured every moment spent with his children. His deep love for his family was evident in everything he did.

Scrappy is survived by his three cherished children: Alexander Mavs, Bridget Fiske, and Matthew Fiske. He also leaves behind his loving parents, Laural Boyles and Dale Fiske Sr.; his brothers, Roland Fiske (Sue), and Michael Foster (Paul); his sisters, Tonya Fiske and Tina Fisk (Bill); and seven half-sisters Kayla, Kimberly, Bubby Jo, Jessie Ann, Heather, Loren, Jennifer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, special nephews, - Richie, Austin, Allan, Jasper, Brandan, and Dylan along with cousins, and close friends.

He was predeceased by his stepfather, Larry W. Boyles, as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY 12758.
