Debbie Soules, 52, of Liberty, NY passed away on December 7, 2014 at her residence in Liberty, NY. Daughter of the late Walter V. Soules and Emma Smith Soules, she was born on March 25, 1962 in Susquehanna, PA. Debbie was a clerk at the Country Store in Liberty, NY.
She is survived by her companion, Jack Touhey at home; son, Paul Cox III of Liberty; stepsons, Timothy and Robert Touhey, both of Liberty; daughter, Laurie Cox; brother, Scott Soules of Liberty and several grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Roger Soules.
Visiting hours are on Friday, December 12, 2014 from 10 AM to Noon. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at Noon with Ginny Bossley officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery.
