Della Mae Norris

Della Mae Norris of South Fallsburg passed away on January 12, 2021 at Garnet Health Medical Center. She was 48.
She was the daughter of the late Maurice Loucks and Rose Maire Koferl, born on February 12, 1972, of Monticello.
Della enjoyed playing bingo and traveling. She was a member of the Elks Lodge in Monticello. If you knew She had a special knack for arguing and loved making sure she got her point across.
She is survived by her daughter Kayla Troy and her husband Jermaine, her son Franklin Norris Jr. and his wife Taylor Purtee, her grandchildren Cecelia "Liam" Norris-Yanes, Jermain Troy Jr., Haylee, Mayson and Ramona Norris, her step daughters Cecelia Norris-Smith and Sandra Ladrum, her siblings Bobby Koferl and his wife Roberta, Bucky Loucks and his wife Lorraine, Debbie Mann, Lillian "Cookie" Magie and her husband William and Peter Alsdors, her step sister Jeanette Schulhoff and her significant other Virgil Basemore and many nieces and nephews and step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 4-8:00pm. Social distancing guidelines set forth by the New York State Department of Health will be in place; masks are required at all times.
