Donald H. Crosby, 69, of Kiamesha Lake, NY, passed away on October 3, 2012 at home with his loving partner, Jacalyn Kearns, by his side.
His is survived by his sister, Dolores Groh of Chester, MD; his niece, Kathy Rey and husband Scott of Severna Pk, MD; his nephew, Joseph Groh and wife Laura, of Macungie, PA; his niece, Vickie Lapid and husband Patrick of Galena, Ohio and several great-nieces and nephews. He is also survived by close family members, Dayna Kearns, Jillian and Shawn McMichael and Gramma Cain.
A private memorial gathering will be held at the family's convenience.
Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, 1275 York Ave., NY, NY 10065 in Donald's Memory.
