Cochecton, NY

Doris Nicoletti, of Cochecton, NY, passed away on Thursday March 10, 2016 at Roscoe Regional Rehab and RHCF. She was 89. Born on December 27, 1926 in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Hilda Kellenberger and was one of 12 children. Doris was a Registered Nurse and retired from Hamilton Ave. Hospital in Monticello, NY.

Survivors include her seven sons, Michael of Hampton, VA, Thomas (Nancy) of Cochecton, NY, Phillip of Fosterdale, NY, Robert of Callicoon, NY, William (Kim) of Hampton, VA, Joseph Nicoletti (Jackie) of Westtown, NY and James (Elizabeth) of Cochecton, NY; grandchildren, Mark, Timothy, Phillip, Amelia, Laura, Regina, Michael, Sarah, Anthony, Elizabeth, Heather, Erica, Courtney, Lindsay, Ashley, Kevin, Matthew and Theresa and great-grandchildren, Michael, Aden, Noah and Brianna. She is also survived by her brothers, Richard, Harry, Fred, James, Edwin and George and a sister, Eleanor. She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore Nicoletti; brothers, John and William; sisters, Ruth and Patricia and two grandchildren, Michele and A.J. Nicoletti.

Visiting hours will be on Tuesday March 15, 2016 from 7- 9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 3534 Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 16 at 11 AM at Ramsay's Funeral Home. Rev. Kenneth Rodgers will officiate. Burial will follow the services at Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery where Doris will be laid to rest with her husband, Salvatore.
