Eileen Stevens, a resident of Glen Wild, NY, passed away on Wednesday December 23, 2015 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY. She was 66 years of age.
The daughter of Warren Dunnigan Sr. and Evelyn Hager, she was born on May 3, 1949 in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY.
Eileen was a resourceful, strong-hearted, gentle soul who loved animals and family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her brother, Warren Dunnigan of Suffolk County, NY; her sister, Esther Pesantes of Port St. Lucie, FL; niece, Michelle Pesantes of Port St. Lucie, FL; nephew, Mark Pesantes of Islip, NY and her adoptive father, Edward Wenick also of Port St. Lucie.
Cremation will take place at the convenience of the family. Eileen's cremains will be sent to Florida to her sister, Esther Pesantes, for final arrangements.
