Esther Shakun, of Westkill, NY, passed away on August 31, 2022 at Health Alliance Hospital in Kingston, NY. She was 87.
She was the daughter of the late Boris and Fannia (Teitlebaum) Tartakoff, born on January 19, 1935 in Ellenville, NY.
Esther is survived by her sister-in-law Sipporah Tartakoff; nephews Robert (Ellen) and Raymond; great-nephews Daniel (Karen) and Joseph; and great-great nephew Eli.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Congregation Ezrath Israel, 34 Center St., Ellenville, NY 12742
