Ethel Porter Harrington, 73, died on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Sullivan County Adult Care Center in Liberty, NY. She was the daughter of Fay and Shirley Jensen Porter and was born on April 8, 1940 in Downsville, NY.
She is survived by sons, Jackie Porter of Liberty and Justin Porter and Joseph Harrington, both of Grahamsville, NY; daughters, Jolene Wilson and husband Barry of Swan Lake, JoAnn Tremper and husband Kevin of Loch Sheldrake and Janelle Whitney and husband Arnold of Loch Sheldrake; brother, Francis Porter and wife Cheryl of Long Eddy; sister-in-law Linda Porter of Hankins; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three sisters; four brothers, her husband Justin Harrington and grandson Barry Wilson Jr.
A Celebration of Ethel's life will take place on Saturday December 21, 2013 from 1:30 PM to 4 PM at the Swan Lake Fire House, Main St. Swan Lake, NY.
