Faye D. Lichtenberger, a longtime resident of the area, died at her home on Friday December 6, 2013. She was 55. The daughter of the late Paul and Marlene Stanton Lichtenberger, she was born on March 1, 1958 in Milford, CT.
Faye was a member of Mongaup Valley United Methodist Church, the Smallwood-Mongaup Valley Ladies Auxiliary and the Mongaup Valley Union Cemetery Board.
She is survived by her fiancé, Wilbur Brown, at home; brother, Randy Lichtenberger and his wife Sandra of Lynchburg, VA and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Roger Lichtenberger.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 from 5-8 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 3534 Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 11 at 11 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Kenneth Rodgers officiating. Burial will follow at Mongaup Valley Union Cemetery.
