Frances Welton of Livingston Manor, NY, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, at the age of 96.

Born on May 25, 1930, Frances passed surrounded by her children at Achieve Rehab Center in Liberty, NY.

Frances enjoyed traveling and valued spending time with friends and family throughout her life. She appreciated opportunities to visit new places, share stories, and enjoy the company of those around her. She will be remembered for her independence, life experiences, and the many memories she created over the years.

Frances is survived by her sons, Alan and his wife Carol, Billy and his wife Lori, her daughter Debbie and her husband Dwayne, sons Danny and his wife Kathy, Timmy and his wife Terrie; 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth; her daughter, Nancy; her grandson, Dustin; her niece, Lorraine; her sisters, Madeline Butler and Anna Boedecker; and her longtime companion, Harold Myers.

Frances' family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses, aides, and staff at Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility for the compassion, care, humor, and love they showed Frances and her family during her time there. Their kindness and support will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at Colonial Braynt Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY from 11-1:00pm. A funeral service will begin at the funeral home at 1:00pm with Ginny Bosley officiating. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
