Frederick was a NYC Police Officer. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean War from 1953 - 1956.
He leaves behind several friends and his stepson, Peter Bertholf of Livingston Manor. He was predeceased by his wife Inga Sawall Burgess; his son, Michael Angelo Burgess and a stepson, Herbert Lee Rockwell.
Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY and memorial services will be held at a later date at Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery in Liberty, NY.
