Gail Philips, of Port Jervis, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Westchester Medical Center. She was 84.
She was the daughter of the late Albert Philips and Jeannette Bedell, born on January 31, 1935 in New York, NY.
She is survived by her sister June Barrett and her extended family at New York Foundling.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 10:30am at Evergreen Cemetery, Bethel, NY. Rev. Walter Haff will officiate.
