Harold Collins, 64, of Liberty, NY, passed away on Monday June 30, 2014 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY. The son of the late Harold and Mae Marchak Collins, he was born on July 8, 1949 in Hackensack, NJ.
He was a telecommunications technician for Wiltel in New York City. He was a former member of the Sloatsburg Fire Dept.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette Collins at home; son, Michael Collins of Bethel, NY; Daughters, Jennifer Collins of Long Beach Island, NJ and Colleen Collins of Bethel, NY; stepsons, James Buckley of Troy, PA and Thad Buckley of Richford, NY; sisters, Doreen Mandara of Portland, OR, Karen Humphrey (Merritt) of Monroe, NY and Brenda DiMiceli of Washingtonville, NY; grandchildren, Gina DiDonato, Jessica Buckley, Chelsea Buckley, Taylor Buckley, Kristen, Danielle, Charles , Robert and Warren and Zane Long.
Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
