Heather M. Young, of Loch Sheldrake, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018. She was 29.
She was the daughter of Robert A Young and Rickie S. Craft, born on January 11, 1988 in Harris, NY.
Heather was a proud graduate of Fallsburg High School and Wyotech School of Automotive and was currently attending classes at Orange County BOCES to become a welding technician. Her passion were big trucks ,engines and anything mechanical she made a career of it, most recently working for Thompson Sanitation as a Diesel Mechanic
She is survived by her son, Hunter; her mother Rickie Craft and her fiancé John Conklin; her father Robert "Bob" Young; sisters Robin, Megan and Casey Young, Amber Conklin; brother Paul Young; nephews Austin, Ayden and Iva Kern; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is predeceased by her significant other Jeffrey Schmidt.

A celebration of Heather's life will be held from 4 to 6pm on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY 12758.
