She was the daughter of Jack and Gladys Fogel, born on December 11, 1945 in Bronx, NY.
Hedda is survived by her brother Jay Fogel.
Burial took place on April 6, 2021 at Woodbourne Cemetery, Parsonage Rd. Woodbourne, NY 12788.
