Obituary of Jack E Meade Jack E. Meade, of Liberty, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 96. Jack was born on April 14, 1921 in Monclair, NJ. And he proudly served our country in the US Army during World War II. He is survived by his daughter Karen Lightsey and his good friend Morris Schrader. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
