James M. Cole, 54, passed away unexpectedly at Catskill Regional Medical Center on Saturday May 3, 2014. Son of the late Charles P. Cole and Genevieve Ross Cole. He was born on March 30, 1960 in Liberty, NY. He was member of the Kauneonga Lake United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Claudette Hughes Cole at home; sons, Benjamin Cole and his companion Cathy Edwards of Liberty, Robert Buryiak and his wife Christine of Kauneonga Lake, NY and Christopher Cole and his companion Bridgette of Jeffersonville, NY; daughters, Kimberly Hendrickson and husband Joseph of Liberty and Jennifer Cole of Woodridge; brothers, Charles B. Cole of Liberty and Robert Cole of Coxsackie, NY; sister, Robin Roach of Long Island and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, James Cole Jr.

Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Village, NY. A Memorial service will be held at a future date.
