She was 64. Jane was born on November 2, 1958 in Liberty, NY to Franklin Ross, Sr. and Clara Bivins Ross.  She was a Home Health Aide provider for many years, tending to the people in her care with love and devotion.  In her free time, she enjoyed crochet, coloring and spending time outdoors. Fishing, hunting, and camping with her husband, Allen, were favorite pastimes. Most of all, she adored her family and cherished time spent with them.Jane leaves behind her siblings, Franklin Ross and his wife Carolyn of Haines City, FL, Earl Ross and his wife Dorene of South Daytona, FL, Jean VanLoan and her husband Richard of East Branch, NY, Karen Pautard and her husband, David of Oxford, NY; her beloved children, Charlene Ross and her husband Mark of Livingston Manor, NY, Rena  Decker and her husband William of Monticello, NY, Robin Young of Harris, NY, Kimberly Rodriguez and her husband Angel of Monticello, NY, Allen “Herbie” VanLoan III; her brother-in-laws Edwin Lewis and Daniel VanLoan and his wife Vickey; her grandchildren Anthony Mitchell and his companion Miranda, William Decker Jr. and his companion Tavia, Allen Decker and his companion Alaina, David Rosario, Elizabeth Quinones, Isaiah Rodriquez, Joshua Rodriguez, Tiffany Decker and her companion Anthony; and her great-grandchildren Kenny Decker, Anthony Mitchell Jr., Eli Mitchell, Axel Mitchell, Riley Mae Decker, Remi Decker, Lilly Decker, Summer Fineout, Tatiania Decker, and Catalina Cruzmarcano.Jane was predeceased by her husband, Allen W.
