View Tribute Book John Michael Decker, of Woodbourne, NY passed away on January 17, 2023 at Westchester Medical Valhalla, NY. He was 52. He was the son of John Robert Decker and the late Lorraine Carol Lowell, born on June 4, 1970 in Pompton Plains, NJ. John worked for the Town of Fallsburg Parks and Recreation Department. He was a kind hearted man, who showed everyone compassion. He was also an "adrenaline junkie" who loved anything with wheels and speed and who was always ready to show off his stuff to the kids. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Sueann Smith; his father John R.
