John Mullins

John D. Mullins, age 59, of Wurtsboro, NY, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025.

Born on December 1, 1965, in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, John was the son of the late Denver W. Mullins and Effie Bittle. He spent much of his life in the tri-state area and developed a deep passion for cars at an early age. That passion stayed with him throughout his life, both personally and professionally. He worked as counter personnel at Central Auto Liquidations, where he was known for his knowledge, reliability, and easygoing nature.

John will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend. He is survived by his beloved wife, Cheryl Mullins; his children, James "Jimmy" Mullins and his girlfriend Crystal, and Charyleen Ann Decker; and his cherished grandchildren, Alanna, Kalab, Ezra, and Persephone.

A visitation will be held in his memory on Saturday, October 4th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788.
