John Paul "Johnny" Tomasulo, of Smallwood, NY, passed away on August 12, 2024. He was 53.
He was the son of the late John V. Tomasulo and Nancy Tomasulo, born on October 11, 1970 in Brooklyn, NY.
Johnny worked as a mechanic with an expertise in electrical since he was 17 years old owning his own automotive shop “Johns A/C and Electric” and also specializing in all mechanic work for many automotive shops around the county. He was known as great mechanic who could fix just about anything. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching NASCAR at the Daytona 500 with his son, and flying kites. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, cousin and friend. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
He is survived by his children, Michael J. Frolio, Tiffany M.
Frolio, Sara B. Tomasulo and their sibling Sophia whom he loved just the same; grandfather to Luna Rose, Johnny also had 2 more grandchildren the eldest being his only grandson; siblings Stephen, Paul, Jason and Joseph Tomasulo; his cousins who were raised more like siblings, Dina Coppolino-Kamen, Jonathan Coppolino along with their spouses Craig and Gabriella; as well as many other cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents John, Nancy; uncle Charles Coppolino, cousin/brother Dominick Coppolino, and Nephew Charles J. Coppolino.
A visitation will be held from 2 to 4pm on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 3534 State Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY 12749. A graveside service will be held at 5pm at Liberty Cemetery, Cold Spring Road, Liberty, NY.
