Jorge Hernandez, of Liberty, passed away on March 23, 2020 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing. He was 76.
He was the son of the late Palo Hernandez and Pacita Feliciano, born on June 8, 1943 in Puerto Rico.
Interment will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Woodbourne Cemetery, Parsonage Rd., Woodbourne, NY 12788.
