View Tribute Book Dr. Joy Zagoren, age 89, residing in NYC, passed away on March 28, 2023, from respiratory failure.Joy was born in the Bronx, NY, to Murray and Ceil Rossman on October 31st, 1933.Joy started her teaching career in Great Neck, NY, where she also resided for 30 years. She got her master's and then a Ph.D. in neuroscience and worked at Einstein Hospital, writing many papers and eventually a book called the Node of Ranvier.She had two children, Glenn Zagoren and Robyn Zagoren.
