Kathleen Meachum

Kathleen Meachum of Liberty, NY passed away at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY on December 13, 2025. She was 78.

She was born on December 21, 1946, at Loomis Hospital in Liberty, New York to Melvin Meacham and Beatrice Jensen.

Kathleen was a deeply devoted mother and caretaker. She dedicated herself to her home and her family, creating a warm and loving atmosphere that she carried with her everywhere. Kathleen was an Elvis fan, some of her favorite Elvis songs being Burning Love, Blue Christmas, and Jailhouse Rock. She was dedicated to her faith and was a communiant at St. Peter's Church in Liberty, NY. Kathleen loved the Christmas season and all that came with it; She enjoyed watching Christmas movies, listening to Christmas music, and walking in the snow.

Kathleen is survived by her dedicated daughters, Terri Moore, Tonia Wilkerson, and Tracy Dotten; Her two sisters, Linda Brewer and Nancy Meachum; Her grandchildren, Brian, Tiffany, Tyrese, Gary, John, Michael, Amanda, Dustin, Ashley, Johnny, and Todd Jr; as well as 12 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Todd Conklin; Her mother, Beatrice Jensen; Her father, Melvin Meacham; Her brother, Peter Meachum; Her sister, Maurene Barber; and two grandchildren, Christa and Christopher.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 275 South Main St., Liberty, NY. A funeral service will begin at 1 PM at the funeral home. Father Ed Bader is officiating.
