Kevin Walker Sr., 69, of Livingston Manor, NY, passed peacefully at home with his son, Kevie, by his side on September 4, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, unwavering loyalty, and a lot of laughter.

Kevin was a man of quiet strength and steady character. As a veteran of the US Navy, he carried a deep sense of pride and dedication into everything he did. A true testament to his work ethic and dependable nature, he was a familiar, hardworking face at Keiser Restaurant Supplies in Livingston Manor, NY. He was a creature of habit who appreciated the simple, consistent rhythms of life, and you could always count on him exactly when and where he was needed.

He was also famous for his quick wit and sarcastic humor, which he used generously to bring joy to those around him. He had a unique, unforgettable way of making people feel welcomed and special. Whether you were an adult or a child, a sharp joke or a playful tease from him was his way of letting you know you belonged. He truly never met a stranger.

When he wasn't working hard or joking with family, he was passionately cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills-showcasing the ultimate test of loyalty and patience.

Though a limb may have fallen from our family tree, he would want us to dry our tears and remember the best of times, the laughter, and the good life he lived while he was strong. Because above all, his greatest attribute was his heart. Kevin was fiercely dedicated to those he loved, when he loved you, he loved you for life. His devotion wasn't loud, but it was permanent, protective, and unconditional.

He leaves behind a family who will forever miss his dependable presence and his infectious humor, including his children, Kevin Walker Jr., Katherine Walker, two grandchildren; sisters Peggy Gray of Denver, CO, and Liz Thompson (Joseph) of Smyrna, NY. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Ralph and Lillian Walker, many of his siblings; Jane Toscano-Redmond, Joseph Walker, Dennis Walker, Daniel Walker, and Daniele Edwards. He never gave up hope for his brother Charles Walker, and was blessed to meet and connect with several newly discovered siblings, although their relationship was brief, it was very meaningful. In addition, he leaves behind a countless number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, who simply adored him. Family and friends are invited to gather, share a few laughs in his honor, and celebrate his life on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the Sullivan County Veteran's Cemetery on Sunset Lake Rd in Liberty, NY at 10am.
