Kimberley A. Popet of Greenfield Park passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024. She was 57.
She was the daughter of the late Charles Smith and Margaret Todd, born on March 8, 1967.
She was known to many as Kim and was a true outdoors woman. She loved everything it had to offer from the beautiful sunrises and to the sunsets. She loved being outside hunting, bass fishing, but especially camping throughout the summer. She liked knitting and crocheting and made beautiful Afghan blankets. She would always welcome you with homemade cooking or lovely baked good as she enjoyed cooking and baking. She loved spending time with her husband, Joe, as she worked alongside him at Wholesale Evergreens for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Joseph Popet, her nephews James Everett and Daniel Popet and her dog Tex.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 2-4:00pm.
