View Tribute Book Lawrence "Larry" Louis Costa, of Middletown, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He was 69. He was the son of the late Joseph Costa and Helen F. (Madden) Costa, born on June 20, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY. Larry leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sons Joseph Costa and Kevin Schwab; siblings John Costa and his wife Eileen, Joseph Costa and his wife Deborah and Victoria Costa; Uncle Dan and his wife Joanne; Aunt Evelyn; nieces Allison, Lisa, Erica and great-nephew Caleb; as well as many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; his Uncle John Costa and Niece Stephanie Costa. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Montrose VA Hospital for their kind, devoted compassion and loving care of Larry. The care they give our veterans goes way beyond the call of duty. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As per Larry's wishes, there will be no visitation.
