Mott, of Liberty, NY, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 at home. He was 81.He was the son of the late Arthur M. Mott and Pearl E. (Houston) Mott, born on July 23, 1942 in Liberty, NY.Leonard worked for the Village of Liberty until his retirement, after which, he drove a bus for Rollin V. In his younger years, Leonard enjoyed hunting. He was passionate about his Lord. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.He is survived by his children Allen Mott and his wife Patti, Dodie Ryan and Helen McCombs and her husband Kevin; grandchildren Michael Mott (Katie), Paul Mott (Terri), Stephen Scheftz, Steven and Melissa Ryan, Jenna Rowlette (James) and Christopher Lee; great grandchildren Brayden, Madison, Amaya, Lilly, CeCe, Gage, Hunter and Ella; siblings Robert Mott and his wife Liz, and Michael Mott and his wife Diane; as well as many nieces and nephews and his canine companion JC.
