Obituary of Lloyd L Bassney Sr. Lloyd L. Bassney, Sr., of Kauneonga Lake, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing. He was 86.He was the son of the late Andrew T. Bassney and Ruth A. Gloor, born on December 5, 1932 in Monticello, NY.Lloyd worked for the Town of Bethel Department of Transportation as a Truck Driver and in the past worked for Arden Miller Trucking. In his free time he enjoyed carpentry and electrical repair, he was a craftsman in his own right, and was known to be a jack of all trades. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, he will be deeply missed.He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Dolores; his children Lloyd Jr. and his wife Dolores, Renee Robisch and her husband David; his grandchildren Amy Bojo and her husband Richard Adam Bassney and his wife Carlie and David Robisch and his fiancé Jenelle Harrison; as well as his great-grandchildren Kynsley, Raina, Gavin, Brok, Maddoc, Finn, Greyson, Davain; and an extra special part of the family chain, Jim Fahnestock and his wife Lois and their children James and Brittney.Donations in Lloyd's name can be made to a charity of one's own choice.A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the Bethel Senior Center, State Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY at 1pm.Arrangements under the care of Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, for further information call 845-583-5445 or visit www.colonialramsaysfuneralhome.com
