Loren H. Perry Sr., of Livingston Manor, passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 78. He was born on November 5, 1946, in Hancock, New York, to the late Albert Perry and Frances Zeininger.
Loren was a devoted family man who found the greatest joy in the simple things in life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, and spending time at home as a proud stay-at-home dad. Known for his serious yet likable personality, he was a true homebody who deeply valued the company of his children and grandchildren. Loren also had a hand in helping raise Vanessa Hopper whom was the daughter of Theresa Hopper (a family close friend) so she could finish her last year of school.
Though he made people earn his trust, those who did were rewarded with his loyalty and love.
He especially cherished having coffee with his niece Debbie, hunting with Tinky and his cousin Bum, and relaxing with his beloved Pomeranian, Bitchy. He loved old Western shows and delighted in watching Freddy Krueger movies with his grandchildren — memories they will always treasure.
Loren is survived by his children: Loren H. Perry Jr., Albert Perry, Wayne Perry, Milli Benson and her husband Sean Benson and Ricky Perry; and his many grandchildren: Brian Zeininger, Giana Perry, Kenny Perry, Alana Perry, Hunter Porter, Brooklyn Porter, Charlie Perry, Victoria Perry, Louise Perry, Wayne Perry Jr., Tristen Perry, Arianah Ellis, Nicholas Perry, Avainah Freeman, Savannah Perry Baum, Hailee Benson, Sean Benson Jr., Michael Benson, Chyanne Benson, Mason Perry, and Jason Perry along with his great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his two sons, Jeremy Perry and Kenneth Perry and his siblings and parents.
This isn’t good bye, its see you later, “Ba Ba Bitchy”
