Maraija Zurka, 83, passed away on Friday March 13, 2015 at the Renaissance Rehab & Nursing Facility in Staatsburg, NY where she was a resident for several years.
Maraija was born on February 4, 1932 in Yugoslavia to the late Jon and Kristina Bugariju Zurka. She has worked as a garment worker in Ridgewood, Queens, NY.
She is survived by her niece Voikica Zivan of Hurleyville, NY.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 17, 2015 at 10 AM at Liberty Cemetery, Cold Spring Rd. Liberty, NY.
