Survivors include her father, Benjamin Rivers of Charleston, SC; siblings, Herman Drayton of Liberty, Gwendolyn Tinsley and her husband Ralph of Liberty, Joanne Rivers of the Bronx and Pamela Kennedy of Monticello; daughters, Karen Barnes and husband Cyrus of Swan Lake, Vanessa Davis and Sarah Davis, both of Liberty; 6 grandchildren, JaQuan, Brianna, Jhane, Giovanni, Aakeyah and Eugene and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene Davis Jr. and her mother, Helen Rivers.
Visitation will take place on Wed. May 22 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Friendship Baptist Church in Ferndale, NY. Services will be at 1 PM with Rev. Harry Brown Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery, Liberty, NY.
Memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Assn., 333 Seventh Ave., 17th Floor, NY, NY 10001.
