Marvin is survived by his wife, Bonnie Votee at home; Sons, Robert Votee of Monticello, Joseph Votee of Pennsylvania and James Votee of Hurleyville, NY; a daughter, Valania Votee of Liberty; a brother, Joseph Votee and his wife Gloria of Woodbourne; seven grandchildren, Maria, Mariah, Alan, Christy, Madison, Mikey and Roark; 2 nieces, Sandra Dymond and husband Wayne of Ellenville and Katie Votee of Loch Sheldrake and a great-niece Hailee Dymond. He was predeceased by two sisters, Viola and Sandra.
Cremation took place at Cedar Hill crematory in Middle Hope, NY
