Mary Rodriguez

Mary Louise Rodriguez passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris, New York. She was 80 years old.

Mary was born on February 11, 1945, in Glen Wild, New York, to the late John W. Jones and the late Ruth M. Morris. Throughout her life, Mary was deeply devoted to her family. She cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren and had a profound love for those closest to her.

Mary worked as a nurse's aide at Harris Hospital, where she demonstrated compassion and dedication in caring for others. She was known for her strong work ethic and her unwavering commitment to helping raise and support her family. Her kindness, perseverance, and devotion will be remembered by all who knew her.

Mary is survived by her children, Barbara Deoliveira, Donna (Hipie) Hulse, Chuck Moshier and his wife Tammy, Lisa Burger and her husband Jim, Jeff Moshier, Tammy (Sam) Acevedo and Dee Rodriguez, as well as a special grandson raised as her own, Toribio Rodriguez; her siblings, Janet Santiago, Shirley Gonzalez, Cindy Sanabria, and Raymond Jones; many cherished nieces and nephews; numerous adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as her canine companions, Cheeky and Malo.

She was predeceased by her husband, Saulo Rodriguez; her siblings, John Jones Jr., Jimmy Jones, Ruth Ann Jones, and Francis Jones; and by one granddaughter Angel Rodriguez.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held the following day, Monday, January 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Rock Ridge Cemetery in Monticello, New York. Father Bob of St. Peter's Church will be there to officiate.
