Ramsay, of Liberty, NY, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2021 at the age of 68. Mickey, as his family called him, loved to play guitar and sing Bob Dylan songs. He wrote wonderful poetry. He felt best being outdoors, fishing the streams of the Catskills and the waters of the Jersey shore. During his high school years he was on the track team and won many trophies for pole vaulting and running. Mickey loved motorcycles, especially his Norton.  He had many friends and touched many lives with his kindness. Mickey was a devoted son to Jennie Ramsay and his late father Robert. He was a loving brother to Robert, Patricia and Judith.  He was uncle to many nieces and nephews and a friend to many.A private burial will be held at the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery in Liberty, NY. Arrangements are under the care of Colonial Ramsay Funeral Home, 275 South Main Street, Liberty, NY.  For additional information, contact the funeral home at 845-292-7160.
