Michael Leon Torres

Michael Leon Torres, of Loch Sheldrake, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. He was 51.
He was the son of Marcelino Torres and Mary L. Carr, born on October 21, 1969 in Monticello, NY.
Michael was passionate about sports and football in particular, Kansas City always had him on their side. He loved to be dressed up sharp for every occasion. He was a loving son, father, brother and friend to all who knew him.
He is survived by his mother Mary Carr of Loch Sheldrake, NY; daughter Adja of Allentown, PA; three grandchildren Senilah, Terrlance and Selinah all of Allentown, PA; three sisters Nellie (Roger) of Loch Sheldrake, NY, Laquisha and Lori both of Monticello, NY; two brothers Dennis (Christine) of Indian Trail, NC, and Victor of Loch Sheldrake, NY; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father Marcelino Torres, sister Belinda Victoria; maternal grandparents Levy and Mary L. Carr; paternal grandmother Cecilia Perez.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will follow immediately. Guidelines set forth by the State of New York will be followed, masks and social distancing are required at all times.
