Ralph Thomas Devins of Livingston Manor passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at home. He was 76.
He was the son of the late Milton Bloodgood and Vera Devins born on October 31, 1939 in the Bronx.
Ralph was a truck driver that had the opportunity to travel to many of parts of the United States. He was the type of person that was always willing to lend a helping hand and be there if you needed someone to talk to. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his cousin Donald C. Hampson, his extended family and many of his friends. He was recently predeceased by his brother Arthur Bloodgood.
