Neftali Pomales

Neftali Pomales, of Woodridge, NY, passed away on August 3, 2024. She was 75.
She was the daughter of the late Jacinto Pomales and Flora Mojica, born on March 6, 1949 in Juncos, Puerto Rico.
She is survived by her husband, Julio Martinez. Her children, Jose M. Martinez, Florita L. Martinez (Jesus Diaz), Mailin A. Concepcion, and Sandra S. Concepcion (Giuseppe Pezo). Also survived by 7 brothers and 2 sisters with their families. David Pomales (Hilda), Isander Pomales (Marion), Daniel Pomales (Luz), Abraham Pomales (Sonia), Samuel Pomales, Miquel Pomales (Luz), Damaris Pomales and Gladys Pomales. As well as 5 grandchildren, Athena Martinez, Jordan Martinez, Miya Ennist, Jo’siah Ennist and Ailani Chavis. Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Jacinto Pomales and her mother, Flora Mojica. All of those she loved and deeply touched.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 9pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. Burial will be held in Puerto Rico at a later date.
