Patricia B. Sorensen, a resident of Callicoon, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Achieve Rehab & Nursing Facility at the age of 92. The daughter of the late Patrick T. Burke and Mary H. Sellers Burke, she was born on January 23, 1925 in London, England.
Patricia was a resident of Callicoon since moving from Staten Island, NY in 2005. She retired from her position as secretary and accountant for Federal Home Loan Bank in Manhattan. Pat was a member of White Sulphur springs United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Sorensen of Callicoon, NY and Teresa Caputo of White Sulphur Springs, NY; her Goddaughter, Margaret Raymond and her husband Bradley of Napanoch, NY; grandchildren, Lisa Caputo of White Sulphur Springs and Cynthia Caputo of Philadelphia, PA; great-grandchildren, Hope Faith and Isabella; nephews, Brian and Ian and niece, Christine, all of England.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Paul S. Sorensen; sister, Mary Clampin and son-in-law, John Caputo.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 2 - 5 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty. Funeral services will be at 4 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Bridgette LeConey officiating.
